New in the product range: Large devil fish tails provide a wealth of preparation options for chefs, possibly served as medallions.

A consumption of 16 kg of fish per head of population per year demonstrates that fish is definitely in vogue with Germans at the moment. And the numbers are increasing. That's why, here at GV-Partner, we have put together this year again a balanced range of fish products for our customers in the restaurant, hotel and catering sectors.

This year we have attached particular importance to incorporating as many customers' requests as possible in our new products.

From monkfish to grouper
The GV-Partner range doesn't just have an extensive selection for restaurant and hotel chefs and corporate and canteen caterers will also find an extensive, demand-based range from GV-Partner. Our range of fish includes a wide range of unbreaded portions of fish through to ready-to-serve convenience products.

The specialist GV-Partner fish consultants recommend:

  • Devil fish tail with skin and trimmed belly-flaps, 2 - 3 kg. Ideal for preparation as perfect medallions (see page 20 of catalogue)
  • LT MSC smoked sockeye wild salmon, 500 g vacuum-packed, only middle pieces with fully trimmed belly-flaps, no dark muscle flesh, dark-red colour (see page 116 of catalogue)
  • LT MSC Gourmet fillet with minimal cooking losses, thanks to single freezing and low-oil topping  (see page 63 of catalogue)

What's more, in 2012 again, we have switched a number of our products to MSC products so that you can in future offer your customers an even wider range of fish from sustainably managed fisheries. GV-Partner now offers LT unbreaded hoki fillets, LT Alaska grilled wild salmon fillets, LT "Corfu" fish roulade or herring fillets in mustard, tomato or pepper sauce from sustainably managed fisheries.
